Is This Really Happening?

The question of children had never crossed his mind. In, out, in, out, deposit. That was usually how sex worked, once upon a time he should have thought about wrapping it up, but trust me -- when you're in the moment, and Dillion would assure you they always were in some kind of moment, then wrapping it up was the farthermost thing from his mind. Plus, not to mention aside from that he was pretty damn sure she was popping the pill. She had to have been, right? They had only been going at it for years, and on every surface or... well, everywhere that they could for nearly a decade. A decade and not a single kid, so why the hell was he looking at a mini me. Oh god, and those eyes. Those eyes, god you didn't have to be an idiot to figure that out. Gulping, he met her gaze steadily. He wasn't about to back down, and hell listen to that mouth.

Full lips curved up into a small smile, and his face was rugged with a five o'clock shadow. Yeah, it had been a couple days since he had shaved but it fit Dillion well. It wouldn't hurt for him to not shave at least once a week, in fact most of the women on the street said, it made him look sexy. Though, it wasn't the other women he should be concerned about it was his wife. Well, soon to be ex-wife. He just had to sign the damn papers, but that was a different story. His dark eyes darted down to her hand, and Dillion reached up. Shaking her hand, he felt how silky her hands were, like her mother's. Smooth, innocent, never feeling the hard labor life could burden you wife.

The corner of his lips were edged with small wrinkles, laugh lines though, he did a lot more frowning then actual laughing lately. "Lea Conily's daughter, huh?" He snorted, and met her gaze steadily. "If you don't want me to kick you out, Little Conily you'll keep that mouth in check." He smiled softly, and his eyes seemed to turn bright. Wait, Conily. She wasn't married! She wasn't married! A part of him leaped with joy while another sunk. She had children, but wasn't married. What the hell? Oh god, he was losing his mind. Maybe, his father was right. Maybe, you really did lose your mind with marriage.

Releasing her hand, he got up and swiped a hand over his face -- groaning quietly. Called first? Hell, if she was here that meant... Dillion paused. Lea was here! She was here, in London! In London! He could get her back. He could make her see that they were meant for each other! Dillion could love her again, hell he could make love to her again and not to her pictures. Man, he was pathetic!

God, he hadn't seen her in... He blinked, it didn't matter. She was here. Well, she had moved on... She had children. Hell, who was he kidding. He could be charming again. Dillion would make her see, married -- well, her name was still Conily (chances were good) that he was worth it. He was worth it, damn it. Distance be damned, this time they'd make it work. Turning, he met the girl's gaze and his eyes were narrowed. "Is your mother here?" He asked curiously, lifting one brow.
